Rev. Tyler Burke

Greetings! My name is Tyler Burke and I am so excited to be the Pastor at Whidbey Presbyterian Church. My wife Lauren and I are originally from Port Angeles, WA and deeply love this area. We have been living in Spokane for the better part of the last decade and decided that we wanted to be back on the west side to be closer to our parents as we start our own family. Our son William is 2 and our daughter Lucy was just born and both are the joy of our lives. We are so eager to meet you and to become a part of your church community!

  • Office Manager - Dana Carnes

    I was born and raised on a cattle farm in Missouri. I married an active-duty Air Force guy in 1994 and after moving 12 times over 23 years, we came to Oak Harbor after my husband retired from the Air Force so we are here to stay! This is the fourth church I've worked at over the years and I truly feel called to my church work.

  • Treasurer - Gaye Litka

    I have been a member of Whidbey Presbyterian since 1973 when the Navy brought my family to Oak Harbor. I worked for many years as a medical office manager and have served as our Church Treasurer since 2001. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in community theater, both onstage and behind the scenes as a director, singing with the Whidbey Community Chorus, and enjoying time with my family. On sunny summer days, you might find me sitting behind my husband Tom on our Harley enjoying the back roads of our beautiful Northwest.
